These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of flashplugin.deals and services provided by Willow Creek Digital LLC, doing business as FlashVST (“FlashVST,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. FlashVST marketplace

FlashVST offers downloadable audio plug-ins, sound packs, music-production applications, and related digital products. Some products are created by FlashVST and others may be supplied by third-party developers. Product pages describe the seller, formats, compatibility, licensing, and delivery details available to us at the time of listing.

2. Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout and account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes or other charges may apply depending on your location. An order is accepted when payment is approved and we provide order confirmation or access to the digital product. We may cancel or refund an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, technical failure, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

4. Flash deals and promotions

Flash deals are available only during the dates and times shown, while the offer remains active. Discounts, coupon codes, and promotional prices cannot be combined unless the offer says otherwise. Countdown displays are intended to help communicate timing, but checkout pricing controls if a display and checkout ever differ.

5. Digital delivery

Products are delivered by download, account access, license code, email, or a combination of these methods. You are responsible for confirming compatibility and system requirements before purchasing. Download access and license delivery may require a valid email address and account.

6. Software and content licenses

A purchase gives you the license rights stated on the product page or in the product’s accompanying license agreement; it does not transfer ownership of the software, samples, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Product-specific license terms control where they differ from these general Terms. Unless expressly allowed by the applicable license, you may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or make the product available to others.

7. Refunds and returns

Because FlashVST sells digital products that are delivered or made available immediately, all sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once access, a download, or a license key has been provided.

FlashVST staff may, at our sole discretion, approve a refund or another resolution in special circumstances. Each request is reviewed individually, and an exception is not guaranteed. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem, contact Support so we can help troubleshoot it before a refund request is considered.

8. Deal submissions

Submitting a product or promotion through our Submit a Deal page does not guarantee acceptance, publication, placement, or sales. You confirm that you have authority to provide the submitted information and permit FlashVST to review it for a possible marketplace listing or promotion. Any commercial terms must be separately agreed before a deal is published.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, use the site for unlawful activity, or infringe another person’s rights. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, creators, or the service.

10. Intellectual property

The FlashVST name, site design, original text, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to FlashVST and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Third-party products and links

Third-party products, services, websites, and embedded media may have separate terms and privacy practices. FlashVST is not responsible for external services outside our control. References to a third party do not imply endorsement beyond the specific product or service described.

12. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep listings and services accurate and available, but the site may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as available” without warranties beyond those expressly stated on a product page or required by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlashVST will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or a product. FlashVST’s total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, products, or law. The revised date above shows when the latest version took effect. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
